How do I find a repair price?
Use the Part Search on the homepage, or you can search by brand or product type.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include freight, taxes, or duties. Prices are subject to change. Prices are “flat rate” based on complete refurbishment.
Flat rate prices may not apply to items that have been subjected to catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure (such as corrosion, heat/burn, and water damage), “cannibalization” of parts, missing parts, or other extreme failure modes.
What if I can’t find a repair price listed on the web for my item?
We are continually expanding our capabilities, so if you do not see your part number listed on the website, you may send these items to Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Services for evaluation and quote. To expedite the evaluation process, please include any manuals and schematics, as well as any information about the mode of failure. We will return the documentation to you after evaluation.

What if I need Priority Service?
Rush Service is available to expedite your repair. Our Rush Service moves your repair to the front of the queue. We will make every effort to complete your repair as quickly as possible, but make no guarantees regarding Rush turnaround times. There is an additional fee charged for each RUSH repair item. How do I claim a warranty?
Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Services warrants its standard repairs and reconditioned units to be free from defective workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment.
To return an item for warranty consideration, Contact Customer Service for an RE number, or contact your local Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Services distributor, and the distributor will process the warranty claim for you.
Once you receive your RE number, write the number and the word ‘WARRANTY’ on your packing slip, identifying the item as a warranty claim. We will evaluate the item for warranty consideration upon receipt.
Schneider Electric’s warranty is void if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, “cannibalization” of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage or handling by the Customer, degradation due to normal usage, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the identification sticker has been removed or altered in any manner.
Limited Liability: Schneider Electric’s sole obligation for warranted units is Schneider Electric’s option to return the fees paid or repair/replace any defective Products, and in no event shall Schneider Electric be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of, any repair services or remanufactured goods of Schneider Electric.
How do I approve a quote?
Quote approvals can be provided to Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Services by fax, email, or online. To get your account username and pass code, contact Customer Service.
We will not proceed with your repair until your approval is received.
Please provide approval of your quotation as soon as possible to avoid delaying the repair of your item.
A Purchase Order alone is not approval to proceed. We will send a quotation for approval after we receive the item for repair. You must approve each quote before we will proceed with the repair. For individual jobs when you don’t require a quote -Mark your packing slip as “No Quote Required”. All non-published items -We’ll send a quotation for approval after we evaluate the item for repair.

- Repairable items approved for repair and subsequently cancelled and return requested may be subject to work in progress (WIP) and return shipping charges.
- Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Services maintains accounts with all major carriers, and will ship with the carrier providing the best service in the customer’s area.
